Welcome to the Pantech Authorized Service Center!

Our company name is Finetechwin and we will help get your Pantech mobile device repaired. We understand that your investment in a mobile device is important - and that’s why we offer both in and out of warranty repair service for your Pantech mobile device!

If your device is in warranty we will repair it according to the quality standards of Pantech, and return it to you free of charge.

If your device is out of warranty we can repair and return for a flat service fee plus parts.
    Out of Warranty Service fee for all phones- $39.00
    Out of Warranty Service fee for tablets- $49.00
Parts cost varies depending on the model and required repairs.

If you choose to decline the repair quote for an out of warranty service, or your device is found to be un-repairable by our technicians, your device will be returned to you in the same condition in which it was received.

Service fees are non-refundable if the device is un-repairable or if the repair service is declined.

It is important to note that some problems can be repaired via a software update or even resetting the device to factory default settings. We encourage you to try this option first. You can find recommended troubleshooting methods and FAQs specific to your device model at the Pantech USA website, under “Support”.

When you are ready to get started with the repair process, please click the “Sign Up” link on this page. Complete the Sign Up form and click “Sign Up”. Next, you’ll be asked to enter information about your device for the Repair Order. It is important that you have the device with you while creating the Repair Order.

Once you have completed the Repair Order process, you will be able to receive notifications via email as your device is received, repaired and return shipped to you.
